Technology Department All pupils in this school study all aspects of technology during KS3. During this time they follow a carousel system spread over the 3 years that includes food, textiles, graphics, and resistant materials. At the end of KS3 all pupils have a subject option choice that if they choose technology they can choose to specialise in either Home Economics, Textiles, Graphics, Resistant Materials, or Craft Construction leading to either a GCSE or CITB qualification. The department facilities consist of: Textiles room Food room Graphics room Resistant Materials rooms The current staffing includes specialist staff for all areas supported by a subject specific technician.
